- The phrase “near related” is defined as Mother, Father, Sister, Half-Sister, Brother, Half-Brother, Son, Daughter, Aunt, Uncle, Niece, or Nephew. You also cannot be an Executive Director, their alternate, or staff of any appointment of the World Bank Group.
