  • To apply for the TIPI scholarship, no additional applications or steps are required.
  • The scholarship is solely based on the applicant’s academic performance in secondary school. To be eligible for the Tipi scholarship, interested applicants must first apply for admission to WKU.
  • To be admitted to an undergraduate program at WKU, applicants must fulfil the necessary admission requirements.
  • Additionally, they must demonstrate their proficiency in English, which can be done through any of the following standardized tests:

Documents required for Western Kentucky University Scholarship

  • To make an admission decision, the following essential documents must be submitted:
  • Minimum academic requirements for freshmen include a GPA of 2.5 (2.25 for Pathway).
  • Evidence of proficiency in the English language.
  • Official academic records from all schools attended, including grades and any degrees, diplomas, or certificates received. These records should also be accompanied by a literal English translation.
  • Financial evidence of support is required to obtain an I-20.
