They must have attained an ATAR of 95 OR a GPA of 6.0 in order to qualify for the scholarship award worth $30,000 for a duration of 3 academic years.

Newcastle University Scholarship Criteria

  • All students from Australia and New Zealand are eligible to apply for the scholarship award.
  • Courses or subjects related to B Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Hons), Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons), or a Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering (Hons) programme are offered by the University of Newcastle.

  • Any study program application for the scholarship must be submitted through the university’s online portal. In addition, a scholarship application for admission can be considered as well.
  • To apply, submit the following documents to the university portal: A4 page of a personal statement, interest in a specific field of study. Upload of 3 documents stating your academic accomplishments. Upload of 3 documents indicating your commitment to leadership within your community.
  • To be eligible for admission to the University of Newcastle, applicants must meet the requirements of the bachelor program they wish to apply to.
  • Applicant must meet the English Language requirement of the desired course.
